The search for the perfect U-cut Christmas tree begins for some families the weekend after Thanksgiving. Choosing which type of tree to bring home for the holidays is the easy part. But choosing where to go for that tree is more difficult.

Local tree farms for generations have been providing fun and memorable experiences for those wanting to cut their own Douglas, Grand, Noble, Nordmann or Turkish fir. Don't know the difference? Skyline Christmas Tree Farm has a section on its website with descriptions and photographs.
