Wanted in Berks, November 28, 2021

Nov. 28—The Berks County sheriff's office is seeking the following fugitives:

Isidro Santos-Hilario, 23, who recently lived in the 100 block of South Third Street on a charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. He is about 5 feet 11 inches and 170 pounds. Police gave this account: On Sept. 18, Santos-Hilario was stopped by a Reading police officer for a suspended registration and suspended license. The officer told the defendant he was free to go and the vehicle was towed. While doing inventory on the vehicle a package of what appeared to be narcotics was found on the floor. The package was tested and was found to be 2 pounds and 4 ounces of cocaine.

Todd Haring, 27, who recently lived in the 1200 block of Main Street, Shoemakersville, on an assault charge. He is about 5 feet 7 inches and 150 pounds. Police gave this account: On Sept. 28, Haring struck someone in the face, causing bruising and bleeding. The assault occurred in the 200 block of State Street in Hamburg. Multiple witnesses saw the defendant assaulting the victim.
