The Wanted's Tom Parker has shared a positive health update, after being diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour last August.

Tom, who has stage four glioblastoma, revealed to fans on Instagram that there has been a "significant reduction" in the size of the brain tumour and that he's "responding well" to treatment.

Alongside a photo of Tom with his wife and two children, the singer thanked the "wonderful NHS", the doctors and nurses looking after him, as well as his family and friends for their ongoing support.

"SIGNIFICANT REDUCTION", he wrote. "These are the words I received today and I can't stop saying them over and over again. "I had an MRI scan on Tuesday and my results today were a significant reduction to the tumour and I am responding well to treatment.
