Ware Malcomb Opens 23rd Office in Dallas

The new outpost for the international company will extend Ware Malcomb’s reach in the Lone Star State

Ware Malcomb is no stranger to the Dallas area. The firm's projects there include Southport Logistics Park in Dallas and the Biagi Bros. Distribution Center in Hutchins. Now, the award-winning international design firm has announced that it will expand its presence in the metroplex with the opening of a long-awaited office in Dallas.

The Dallas location brings Ware Malcomb to a total of 23 offices across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Panama. The outpost is located in uptown at 1919 McKinney Avenue, and is fully staffed and actively working on projects in planning, architectural design, interior design, branding, and civil engineering for real estate and corporate clients.

“Ware Malcomb has been active in the Texas market since 2005," says Jay Todisco, executive vice president of Ware Malcomb. "We have seen great business opportunities in Texas and are excited to extend our reach and bring more resources to support the existing projects in the Dallas market."

The office is being led by regional director Chris Mavros, who will oversee the firm’s growth and operations in Dallas and collaborate with the Houston office on projects across Texas. Mavros has worked for 17 years in the industry as a LEED-accredited professional and has extensive experience on a variety of project types including office, higher education, mixed-use, and retail.

“His knowledge and expertise will help us to serve our clients across the state, and we look forward to his contributions in the years ahead," Todisco says.
