Warm, windy Wednesday with late rain chance

Wednesday is warm and windy, with a chance of rain later in the day.

“We should be dry most of the day as we await a cold front that brings in some cooler air for tomorrow but also some rain for the overnight hours,” saw Spectrum News 13 meteorologist Maureen McCann.

Rain could visit the area around 7 p.m. or 8 p.m. and be gone before most head to work or school on Thursday.

Wednesday features near-record highs, with forecasts showing temperatures in the mid-80s across Central Florida.

The high is 85, with a low of 62.

On Thursday and Friday, the high is in the high-60s before 70+ degree highs return during the weekend.
