A Warren County Village was awarded state funding to address critical water and wastewater projects.
Waynesville received $499,750 to support its Third Street waterline replacement and repaving project, the village said in a release.
The grant is the first step in the village’s goal to replace all of its old waterlines.
The funding comes from Gov. DeWine’s Ohio BUILDS (Broadband, Utilities, and Infrastructure for Local Development Success) grant program administered through the Ohio Department of Development.
