Washington County COVID-19 vaccine tracker: 51% of people fully vaccinated

Some 51% of people living in Washington County are fully vaccinated as of Nov. 23, according to data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention considers someone fully vaccinated two weeks after they've been given a single-dose shot (Johnson & Johnson) or a second shot (either Pfizer or Moderna).

Utah reported 587,911 total cases of coronavirus, an increase of 2% from the week before.

The five counties with the highest percentage of their population fully vaccinated in Utah as of Nov. 23 are Daggett County (90%), Summit County (81%), Salt Lake County (63%), Grand County (61%) and Davis County (60%).
