After taking Washington to the NCAA Softball Super Regionals, Huskies softball's Sis Bates is the 2021 Washington female Tom Hansen award winner. A three time All-Pac-12 First Team Selection, Bates hold the Washington all-time records for hits and triples. She was also a fantastic student, earning her Bachelor's degree in sociology and a Master's of Education in educational leadership and policy studies.
