Watch this adorable toddler see her deployed dad return home

Two-and-a-half-year-old Adalynn Durbin stood in the middle of the Rapid City Regional Airport with a sign that read: “I’m here to get my dad, I just don’t know cause I can’t read yet!”

After waiting for what seemed like hours for a toddler, Adalynn’s father, Senior Airman Ron Durbin, walked off his plane. He returned home to Box Elder, South Dakota, from a seven-month deployment.

Adalynn didn't know why she was there, but the second she saw her dad, she knew exactly who was walking towards her.
