At 16-1, Auburn basketball feels like it needs to do better.

The Tigers were robbed of a No. 1 ranking in the AP Poll on Monday, and the point of emphasis for Coach Bruce Pearl was that the team needed to do better.

If they feel disrespected, in any sort of way, I would pray for Tom Crean’s Georgia Bulldogs as they make their way into Auburn Arena on Wednesday night.

No SEC game is going to be easy, at home or on the road. But the perception is that the Bulldogs are simply Auburn’s tune-up opponent for what lies ahead… the No. 12 Kentucky Wildcats on Saturday.
