WATCH: The Bison Media Zone Postgame Show vs. Southern Illinois

Nov. 13—CARBONDALE, Ill. — North Dakota State scored the first 14 points of the fourth quarter to surge past Southern Illinois en route to a 21-18 victory Saturday in Missouri Valley Football Conference play before 4,575 fans at Saluki Stadium.

The Bison (8-2, 6-1 MVFC) have won three consecutive games, including back-to-back road contests.

Bison running back TaMerik Williams rushed for a 3-yard TD that gave NDSU a 21-10 lead with 4 minutes, 40 seconds to play in the fourth quarter for what proved to be the game-winning score. The Salukis led 10-7 entering the final 15 minutes.

NDSU hosts the University of North Dakota at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 19, at Gate City Bank Field at the Fargodome to close out the regular season.
