WATCH: Butler's Pierce Thomas throws down thunderous dunk during practice

Indiana high school basketball fans are no strangers to the damage Pierce Thomas can do to the rim. He threw down nasty dunks for years at Brownsburg High School.

He proved earlier this week that he's still got hops. During a Butler Bulldogs' basketball practice on Tuesday, the state-champion long jumper did this:

Ralph Reiff, Butler's  athletic director for student-athlete health, performance and well-being, tweeted that Bulldogs head coach Thad Matta ranked Thomas' slam among the “Top 5 practice dunks” in his coaching career.
