Watch: Carson Wentz and Fletcher Cox reunite ahead of Eagles at Commanders

Fletcher Cox and Carson Wentz share an avid love for hunting, and that bond has also been extended to the Eagles locker room during their four years as teammates.

On Sunday, they’ll face each other as opposition as Wentz is now the quarterback of the division rival Washington Commanders.

When Wentz was initially benched back in 2020, Cox supported his teammate and spoke openly about the quarterback being the better option at the time.

“Carson is my best friend on the team. I’ve his his back since day one. It sucks for a guy like Carson to be put in that position. It’s never one guy”.

Now Cox is one of Jalen Hurts’ most prominent supporters, while Wentz is among the league leaders in yards per game and touchdowns through two weeks.
