Day 2 of NFL draft 2022 updates: Pick tracker for both rounds, compensatory selections

After 32 picks and plenty of trades in Round 1, Day 2 of the NFL draft 2022 kicks off with Rounds 2 and 3 on Friday evening from Las Vegas.

The Detroit Lions took Michigan native Aidan Hutchinson with the second overall pick Thursday, and traded up 20 spots to No. 12 to grab Alabama receiver Jameson Williams. They now own the No. 46 overall pick — the 14th pick of Round 2 — and No. 97 overall — the 33rd pick in Round 3 — on the draft's second night Friday.
