Regardless of whether former head coach Brad Stevens was the right man for the job or not, the Boston Celtics find themselves the subject of justifiable criticism for elevating the Indiana native from his former role to team president on the retirement of former President of Basketball Operations Danny Ainge.

Now in charge of picking his own replacement to lead the team on the court, Stevens is under pressure to at least consider hiring a Black or female candidate, and from the sounds of things, the long list of potential targets is not lacking such candidates. But which among them should the Celtics consider and why?

Former Celtic star forward Cedric Maxwell dives into this question with a panel of guests on his eponymous podcast, with A. Sherrod Blakely, Jeff Goodman, Nick Gelso and Josue Pavon all offering their point of view on the issue.

Watch the clip embedded above to hear what they think about who should be the next coach of the Celtics.
