  • In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Sandra Lee, MD—aka, Dr. Pimple Popper—removes a pimple on a woman's chin.

  • She "punches" and removes the pimple from the woman's face, and then shows her the sac afterwards.

  • The sac was pretty small, and she uses a special tool to give it a punch, instead of a squeeze.

Even Dr. Pimple Popper, it turns out, can't pass up the opportunity to make an April Fools joke. In this case, the "joke" takes the form of a fake-out: "You thought it was going to be a squeeze but it’s not! It’s a punch! 👊🏻💥 April Fools!” she writes.

In the video, Dr. Lee checks in on the patient to see if the pressure she applies is too hard, and after a quick OK, she applies even more pressure to get the sac out.

The procedure, thankfully, is super speedy—the pimple, in this case, is rather small and located on the chin, which makes for a pretty easy for removal. Dr. Pimple Popper uses a special tool to give it a solid punch, no squeezing required, and then follows it up with a pair of tweezers to make sure all the little bits come out.

The best part? She shows the patient the “sac” afterwards—and the patient loves it, describing it as “long." And as an added bonus, she lets viewers get a glimpse of the aftermath—no fake-out this time. Watch the video here:
