  • In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper pops a gushing cyst housed in a man’s earlobe.

  • The cyst contents flow out like a waterfall that is seemingly “never-ending,” according to fans.

  • The growth is likely filled with dead skin and keratin, which is white and pus-like in appearance.

This waterfall is anything but part of an idyllic landscape. In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper — aka, dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD — squeezes a gushing cyst hidden inside a man’s earlobe. What comes out with each squeeze is a “waterfall “of white contents, making this a pop to remember.

In the video, Dr. Lee makes a small incision with a scalpel, and uses her finger to squeeze and drain the cyst. “Gosh, you stored some stuff in there,” Dr Lee tells the patient in shock. And you’ll certainly be surprised at how much gunk comes out of the single earlobe.

“Talk about an earful,” one fan commented on the video. Many other fans compared the removal to a goopy "waterfall."

The earlobe cyst featured in this video is likely an epidermoid cyst, which is often filled with dead skin cells and keratin. Besides being cosmetically undesirable, epidermoid cysts can be easily irritated and tender, making removal an appealing option.

“Here’s a juicy one behind the ear,” one fan commented, while another added, “That was never-ending!”
