Duke women's basketball will start its March Madness run by hosting Iona in the first round of the NCAA Tournament on Saturday.
The Blue Devils (25-6), the No. 3 seed in the Seattle 4 Regional, advanced to the ACC semifinals before falling to Virginia Tech. No. 14 seed Iona (26-6) won the MAAC tournament championship over Manhattan.
The winner will advance to play Monday against the winner of the first-round game between Colorado and Middle Tennessee.
