Magnolia Network’s Inn The Works will return with a second season on Friday, October 29th—and while we wait until then, House Beautiful has an exclusive first look at the new season, which follows host Lindsey Kurowski renovating the historic Springs Inn in the Berkshires, a retro 40-room motel.

Fans of the series might remember that Kurowski and her team at Knotty Pine completely revamped the Oak Knoll Lodge in Big Bear Lake, California in season one of Inn The Works.

So, what should viewers expect from season two? “You'll see a person slightly out of their comfort zone as the new motel is twice the size of the Oak Knoll Lodge,” Kurowski reveals to House Beautiful. She adds that you will also see some familiar faces throughout the season, as well as some new ones.

Additionally, the Springs Inn—the star of season two—bears a personal connection to Kurowski, as it’s located in her hometown, “which means I absolutely called in some favors to my longest friends and my dad,” she reveals.

In addition to transformative undertakings, says Kurowski, “you may also catch a glimpse of my brother rollerblading in an empty pool and my grandmother getting forklift-certified—the usual.”

While we wait for season two of Inn The Works to premiere on the Magnolia Network on Friday, October 29th, you can watch the brand new trailer here—and you can catch up on (or rewatch!) season one here.
