Hybe Labels on Tuesday released a series of videos that showcase its training and development program, shedding light on how some of K-pop’s most successful stars are shaped for the world stage.

What it’s about: The YouTube series, titled “HYBE T&D Stories,” features accounts and insights from both previous Hybe trainees — now idols — and the professionals responsible for helping them debut. Some of the stars featured in the videos include BTSRM, TXT’s Soobin and Le Sserafim’s Hong Eun-chae.

About Hybe: Formerly known as Big Hit Entertainment, Hybe Corporation is one of K-pop’s most prominent management labels today. It is home to acts such as BTS, TXT, Le Sserafim, Seventeen, Enhypen and NewJeans.

The company has multiple subsidiaries, including Big Hit Music, Belift Lab, Source Music, Pledis Entertainment, KOZ Entertainment and ADOR. Collectively, they are known as Hybe Labels.
