Dance pro Julianne Hough is usually as graceful as they come, but she stumbled upon a new physical challenge that's giving her a bit of trouble in the studio: roller skates. Julianne shared a hilarious new video of herself roller skating—complete with narration by her brother Derek Hough—during rehearsals for for the siblings' upcoming special, Holiday with the Houghs.

Through her fumbles and unconventional skating technique, Julianne looks absolutely stunning with emphasis on her makeup-free skin and crazy-toned abs. The video features plenty of close-ups on her torso and her face to prove the abs and glow are all natural. (She's also sporting a black Alo Yoga bralette and Alo Yoga leggings as she rolls through the studio.)

Her skating antics may be hilarious, but Julianne's glowing—and toned—bod is no joke. Her picture-perfect skin didn't come easy—Julianne has struggled with acne in the past and was once the face of Proactiv. She takes her morning skincare routine seriously—and can't start her day without it. "I like to feel really fresh, so I'll wash my face with cold water first thing out of bed," she told Byrdie. Then, Julianne applies moisturizer from Proactiv.

And, of course, the Dancing With The Stars vet and America's Got Talent judge definitely makes eating well and staying active a priority: Julianne says she exercises five days a week in the mornings—even though she's not a morning person.

Her workouts often include a class at SoulCycle, hot power fusion at CorePower Yoga, and strength training. "I love being around people and community," she previously told Women's Health. That's all on top of regular dance rehearsals, and her newly created fitness concept Kinrgy.

Phew, all that activity works up an appetite, and Julianne gives herself room to enjoy food. "I love tacos and guacamole," she previously told Women's Health. "I love food!" Julianne also says if she's craving pasta or pizza, she'll eat it and a little dark chocolate for an after-dinner sweet. However, she generally sticks to grilled chicken or salmon with steamed or grilled veggies for dinner.

This is just the beginning of Julianne's skating, so maybe she can tap her pro hockey player hubby Brooks Laich for some tips. After all, Julianne added in the caption: "You don’t have to be great to start, but you have start to be great."⁣

Julianne and Derek's upcoming special Holiday with the Houghs, airs on NBC on Dec. 16.
