How to watch Kansas City Chiefs’ preseason game vs. Arizona Cardinals: TV, time, odds

After an uncomfortable preseason opener, the Chiefs return to a happy place ... and it’s not GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.

Their second exhibition game takes place Saturday night at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, site of the Chiefs’ Super Bowl triumph in February over the Philadelphia Eagles. Kickoff against the Arizona Cardinals is scheduled for 7 p.m. (Central).

The Chiefs will be looking for a better beginning and ending to Saturday night’s game than what they experienced in New Orleans last weekend. The Chiefs’ starting offense played the first series against the Saints, picking up just one first down and failing to cross midfield. The starting defense allowed two touchdowns as the Saints won 26-24.

It’s worth noting that the Chiefs’ starters saw their most extensive playing time, including 25 snaps for Patrick Mahomes, in the second preseason game last season.
