Oakland County Prosecutor Karen McDonald is expected to provide an update Friday on the ongoing investigation related to Tuesday's shooting at Oxford High School in Oxford Township, including possible charges against the accused shooter's parents.

The press conference is expected to begin at 12 p.m. at the Oakland County Building located at 1200 N. Telegraph Road, West Wing, Building 14-E in Pontiac.

McDonald announced charges against against 15-year-old Oxford High School student Ethan Crumbley on Wednesday. He is accused of killing four students and injuring seven other people

Crumbley faces four counts of first-degree murder, terrorism, and firearm possession charges and was charged as an adult.

McDonald said she may pursue charges against his parents, James and Jennifer Crumbley, and a decision on additional charges would be made swiftly.
