Ken Paxton impeachment trial live: Watch as witnesses testify during day two

After the opening day of Ken Paxton's impeachment trial, the proceeding is scheduled to continue in the Texas Senate on Wednesday.

On the first day of the trial, Paxton pleaded not guilty to all 16 impeachment charges levied against him, and the prosecution and defense teams delivered their opening arguments. Lawyers with years of legal experience in Texas weighed in on the case after the opening day of the trial with the American-Statesman on Tuesday, and others will do the same Wednesday evening.
