The family of the man killed outside of his home in Carmichael is speaking out. 74-year-old James Raleigh was attacked by a homeless man throwing rocks at his home Wednesday evening. When Raleigh went to investigate the noise, 54-year-old Darin Chastain attacked him. Neighbors called the police, and Chastain was arrested soon after. Raleigh was transported to the hospital, where he later died.
A woman in Myanmar has been sentenced to six years in jail after posting nude photos on OnlyFans. Nang Mwe San, a model and former doctor, was convicted on Tuesday of “harming culture and dignity,” military officials said. Sharing nude photos and videos on the adult subscription site and other social media platforms for a fee is punishable for up to seven years under Section 33 (A) of the country's Electronics Transactions Law.

Tennessee’s high court on Thursday vacated a ruling that required police to publicly release their investigation of country singer Naomi Judd’s death. The state Supreme Court did not rule on whether the records can be released, but sent the case back to the lower court for another hearing. Judd's family filed a petition in Williamson County Chancery Court in August, saying the police records contain video and audio interviews with relatives in the immediate aftermath of Judd’s death.
