How to watch Miami Hurricanes men's basketball vs. UNC Tar Heels on TV, streaming

The Hurricanes stormed into Tallahassee last week riding a nine-game win streak — including a 76-74 upset of Duke — but the Seminoles narrowly topped their old rival to hand Miami its first loss in Atlantic Coast Conference play this season, and its first defeat overall since a loss to Alabama on Nov. 28.

The 'Canes (13-4 overall, 5-1 ACC) are looking to bounce back, but they'll have to do so against another one of college basketball's blue bloods — the North Carolina Tar Heels. UNC (12-4, 4-1) is fresh off a dominant win Saturday over Georgia Tech, which won last year's ACC Tournament championship, but has struggled this season and currently sits at the bottom of the league.

Miami guard Kameron McGusty ranks fifth in the ACC in scoring, averaging 18 points per game. North Carolina forward Armando Bacot is not far behind him with a 17.4 points per game average. Bacot leads the league with 11.3 rebounds per game. McGusty scored 17 points in the loss to the Seminoles, while Bacot tied his career high in scoring with 29 points against the Yellow Jackets.

The Tar Heels historically have had the Hurricanes' number, with the all-time record between the teams standing at 26-8 in UNC's favor, including a 19-7 record since Miami joined the ACC for the 2004-2005 season. North Carolina has won five in a row in the series and eight of the last 10 matchups. The Hurricanes' last home victory over the Tar Heels was by 15 points in UNC’s 2017 national title season.
