Watch Ryan Tannehill spin out of a sack, make a spectacular throw to save Tennessee Titans' No. 1 seed hopes

Ryan Tannehill had the play of the game for the Tennessee Titans on Sunday in Houston, and it saved his team's chances at a No. 1 seed.

Tannehill spun out of a third-down sack by Texans linebacker Jacob Martin and hit a wide open Nick Westbrook-Ikhine for a big first down with 10:20 to play in the game, with the Titans holding tenuously onto a 21-18 lead.

Why was it such a big play? For one, Martin had Tannehill clearly within his grasp before Tannehill spun away. The Titans also had a 21-0 halftime lead whittled away to a three-point advantage and had recorded three three-and-outs in the second half. Tennessee needs a win on Sunday to get the No. 1 seed in the AFC.

Tannehill had a spectacular day against the Texans, going 22-of-31 for 274 yards and four touchdowns. The Texas A&M alum had his worst game of the season in November in a loss to the Texans, throwing a season-high four interceptions.
