Grab your wands, wizards — we're heading to 1920s New York City.

Warner Bros. released a new trailer for the Harry Potter spin-off Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them at the 2016 MTV Movie Awards. It's proof that magic is still alive and well in 2016 (or 1926).

The two-minute sneak peek follows Newt Scamander (played by Eddie Redmayne) as he attempts to smuggle his non-TSA approved beasts through Ellis Island security. Luckily, Scamander has a "Muggle Worthy" setting on his briefcase.

We also learn that Scamander was expelled from Hogwarts for "endangering human life" even though Albus Dumbledore (*squeal*) fought against it. At the time of Newt's expulsion, Dumbledore would've been a Transfiguration professor.

Scamander's story, and Dumbledore's subsequent defense of him, makes him sound a lot like another beloved Potter character: Hagrid.

Redmayne introduced the clip Sunday night, saying he and the cast had the “most astounding time getting to leap back into the world of J.K. Rowling’s imagination."

Fantastic Beasts apparates into theaters on November 18. Fans are just a little excited about that.
