What to Watch Sunday: ‘Snowpiercer’ finale and Golden State Killer series continues

Obsession Thrillogy (6 p.m., Lifetime) - The third movie inn Lifetime’s “Thrillogy” trilogy airs tonight, finishing the story story of Madison Turner (Celeste Desjardins) and her obsessive roommate-turned-boyfriend Blake Collins (Travis Nelson). The first two movies — “Obsession: Stalked by My Lover” and “Obsession: Escaping My Ex” — air at 4 and 6 p.m., respectively, if you haven’t seen them. You need to see all three movies in order to follow the story.

Snowpiercer (9 p.m., TNT) - The final two episodes of Season 1 air, with the season finale at 10. In the finale, Layton struggles to govern shell-shocked survivors in the aftermath of the revolution. This is renewed for Season 2.

I’ll Be Gone in the Dark (10 p.m., HBO) - In the third episode of this excellent true crime documentary series on Michelle McNamara and the hunt for the Golden State Killer (more info here), the 1979 search for the perpetrator stalls due to lack of cooperation between jurisdictions. Meanwhile, David Witthuhn, the husband of murder victim Manuela Witthuhn, is questioned as a person of interest (spoiler: it’s not him!).
