The Texas Tech football team will face its fifth-consecutive Top 25 opponent when they take on No. 7 Oklahoma State at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8, at Boone Pickens Stadium in Stillwater, Okla.
The Red Raiders enter the game coming off a 37-28 loss to Kansas State Oct. 1 in Manhattan, Kan.

Wildcats quarterback Adrian Martinez ran for 171 yards and three touchdowns, two that broke open a tie game late, and the Wildcats turned back Texas Tech on a sunny afternoon at Bill Snyder Family Stadium.
"What you saw today, what you saw last week whenever they beat OU in Norman, is who they are," Tech coach Joey McGuire said. "Throw the ball enough to keep you honest, but you've got one of the best running backs in the Big 12, if not the country, and you've got a quarterback that's almost a running back."
