Republican Presidential candidates Nikki Haley and Ron DeSantis will appear in back-to-back town hall events in Iowa on Thursday night.

The town hall events will provide Haley and DeSantis, who have battled for second place behind former President Trump during the entirety of their campaigns, an opportunity to win over voters in the Hawkeye State just days before the Jan. 15 Iowa caucuses begin.

The events will be broadcasted Thursday, Jan. 4, on CNN and be held at Grand View University in Des Moines, Iowa.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is up first in the event, starting at 9 p.m. ET, which will be moderated by CNN anchor Kaitlan Collins.

Former United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley will take the stage afterward, at 10 p.m., in an event moderated by CNN anchor Erin Burnett.

Fox News Channel will host another set of town hall events Monday and Tuesday at 6 p.m. EST in Des Moines with Haley and DeSantis.

Later in the month, CNN will also host a pair of Republican presidential primary debates in January, the first on Jan. 10 in Des Moines and the second in Goffstown, N.H., on Jan. 21.

DeSantis and Haley are both set to appear at the Iowa debate next week. Former President Trump also qualified for the debate, but has chosen to participate in his own town hall event on Fox News at the same time instead.

The events will provide the candidates one last chance to sway voters in Iowa. Trump remains a clear favorite in both early-voting states Iowa and New Hampshire.

In Iowa, Trump leads with 51.6 percent of the vote. DeSantis has 18 percent and Haley trails closely behind with 17.1 percent support, according to The Hill’s partner Decision Desk HQ.

In New Hampshire, Trump maintains a lead, though less commanding, with 41.6 percent. Haley, thanks to several strong debate performances, has seen steadily rising support over the past several months and now has 29.7 percent. DeSantis has fallen since August, now in fourth place with 7.4 percent support behind former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, Decision Desk HQ reports.
