WATCH: Tornado touches down in Indiana amid severe weather

A social media video shows a tornado touching down south of Indianapolis in Greenwood, Indiana during severe weather Sunday.

The video, posted by Eric Ford on Facebook, shows a tornado picking up debris behind apartment buildings south of Stones Crossing before it eventually disappears.

According to authorities, the tornado damaged about 75 homes in Johnson County on Sunday afternoon.

Severe weather in central Indiana over the weekend resulted in multiple tornadoes and a hailstorm with hailstones measuring about 2 inches in diameter.

One fatality was reported in a tornado that touched down in Martin County, Indiana. A man died after his house was struck by a falling tree. His partner was injured and airlifted to the hospital.

Severe weather currently leaves about 4000,000 customers in the South without power after a tornado killed at least one person in central Mississippi.

While no severe weather is expected for the Greater Cincinnati area this week, some showers and thunderstorms are forecast.
