The dates begin, and even though Clare and her suitors can’t leave the resort, producers still find ways to make the activities sufficiently interesting and embarrassing (strip dodgeball, anyone?). One group date cocktail party turns very tense when Clare feels like the guys aren’t paying her enough attention (“Does anyone want to spend time with me?”), but fortunately, Dale — the Bachelorette’s obvious favorite — is there to make things better.
