The city was able to isolate the water line that was damaged by contractors.

At around 4 p.m., the city said water pressure should be back to normal except for the area around 400 North Pine Ave.

“Out of abundance of caution, we recommend that any water used for consumption be brought to a rolling boil for at least two minutes before cooking or drinking,” the city said in a statement.

The core city and businesses located on U.S. 17, south of the core city should follow this boil water advisory.
