Water Pours From Las Vegas Casino Ceiling During Storm

Water flowed from ceiling lights inside Caesar’s Palace as flash flooding hit Las Vegas on Thursday, July 28, according to reports from the scene.

This video, recorded by Matthew Converse, shows water pouring from a ceiling, drenching the carpet and slot machines below. Converse told Storyful the water was coming into the casino for about 10 minutes. “It was quite shocking to see,” he said. “Just before the video was shot, it was coming out much faster.”

A spokeswoman for Caesars Entertainment told The Las Vegas Review Journal that some properties sustained minor damage during the severe weather but were operating normally on Friday.
