Water was seen racing down a street in Jefferson County, Alabama on March 25 as the National Weather Service warned of flooding in the area.
In an alert, the National Weather Service office for Birmingham, Alabama, said: “Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route.”
