Waterspout Spotted Off Florida Panhandle Amid Special Marine Warning
A waterspout was seen in Franklin County, Florida, on Friday, June 10, as the National Weather Service (NWS) issued a special marine warning for the coastal area.
This footage was filmed by Barbara Harmon, who said it was captured in Saint George Island, an island off the Florida Panhandle, and shows the waterspout formation on Friday morning.
