Waves Crash Against Cliffs of Moher as Storm Barra Hits Ireland

Strong winds from Storm Barra sent waves crashing against the cliffs at Doolin on Ireland’s west coast on December 7.

This video, taken by photographer Andreas Riemenschneider, shows waves hitting the Cliffs of Moher.

Sustained winds of up to 111 km/h (around 70 mph), and gusts of 135 km/h, were recorded along the southwest coast of Ireland on Tuesday.
