LISA HUGHES: Hi, everyone. I'm Lisa Hughes, and this is a WBZ news update. The day-long search for a missing swimmer in Ipswich appears to have come to a very sad end. The Coast Guard pulled a body that matches the description of 28-year-old Eric Pecina from the water off Crane Beach. Pecina, friends say, had been trying to swim to Plum Island and back, wearing just a bathing suit in water that was 45 degrees.

Vice President Kamala Harris was in New England today, selling the president's infrastructure plan. She arrived at Laconia Municipal Airport, where she was greeted by Governor Chris Sununu and Senator Maggie Hassan. She visited the New Hampshire Electric Co-Op, the office in Plymouth. And she also participated in a listening session while emphasizing the importance of broadband access in rural parts of the country. It's all part of the president's American Jobs Plan.

Summer concerts coming back to Fenway. The Red Sox announced new dates for eight concerts. These were concerts that were canceled at the beginning of the pandemic. The Pine Ridge Park Casino Fenway concert series kicks off in July with New Kids on the Block, followed by Def Leppard and Motley Crue, Guns N' Roses, Billy Joel, Green Day, Lady Gaga, Maroon 5, and Aerosmith. The concerts are still pending final approval by the city of Boston.

But it's just great to be thinking about live music again. It's also great to be thinking about the weekend. And at least part of it, Jacob, is going to be pretty nice.

JACOB WYCOFF: Yes. I think, as we head into tomorrow, our temperatures will be back to near 70 degrees. Today, near 60 for many of us. Mid to upper 50s as you go inland. 55 was the high in Taunton. But we did have to deal with a pretty stiff wind. That's going to relax into tonight. Clear skies, calming winds into tonight, is just going to set us up for a really nice Saturday. So we'll call it 42 for an overnight low in Boston. Tomorrow, returning into the upper 60s to near 70 degrees. 72 in Taunton, 71, Bedford, 70 degrees in Boston. And even the Cape and islands getting in on some of the fun. Upper 50s, mid to low 60s.

Full-on sunshine pretty much the entire day until the evening. That's what we'll start to see some clouds thicken up, in advance of some rain that moves in on Sunday. Sunday will be a soaker, but look at this trend as we go into next week. We're calling it upper 70s to near 80 degrees for your Wednesday and Thursday. So there's your nice and mild seven-day forecast. Lisa?

LISA HUGHES: It is gorgeous. Jacob, thank you. And thanks for being with us. Have a great weekend.
