'When you wear a mask you say: I respect you' -NY Gov. Cuomo

Cuomo on Tuesday (May 12) said New Yorkers were sending him masks in the mail, many of which have designs or logos on them. He then held up a nondescript mask and said that even though it didn't have written words on it, it did say something: 'I respect you.'

"I respect you," Cuomo repeated. "I respect your health. I respect your privacy. I respect your space. I respect you."
