Weather Service Confirms 'Brief' Tornado in Blum, Texas

The National Weather Service said a brief tornado touched down west of the town of Blum on Monday, May 3.

The weather service had issued a tornado warning for parts of the state.

Areas including Grandview, Rio Vista and Blum were on the tornado warning late on Monday, with golf ball-sized hail also predicted.
