Heavy flooding hits California's San Joaquin Valley
STORY: An atmospheric river dumped more torrential rain on California on Wednesday (March 15), forcing evacuations, power outages and road closures in the state.Authorities said they are monitoring the river level to determine for how long the orders will be kept in place.
