City crews will be removing snow from downtown area streets between 12 AM and 8 AM, Wednesday, Feb. 22 through Monday, Feb. 27. All vehicles in violation will be ticketed and towed.
City of Stewartville: Stewartville has issued a snow alert effective 12 am thru 7 am on 2/22/23 ; Parking on City streets during an alert is prohibited and vehicles will be ticketed.

Rochester Early Childhood Learning Center: Closed Thursday
Rochester Public Transit: Due to timing of expected snowfall overnight, Rochester public transit will have the following changes to scheduled service for Thursday:
* Route 217 — Service suspended. All trips cancelled.
* Route 314 — Service suspended. All trips cancelled.
* All other neighborhood routes will have a delayed start. Service on those routes will begin with the first trip scheduled to depart after 6:00 a.m.
* Route 150X Service delayed until parking lot at Chateau Theater is cleared
* Routes 250X and 560X will run according to the posted schedule
