Weather-related school delays and closing for the Bloomington area

Winter weather concerns had not prompted any changes to Tuesday class schedules for Monroe County Community School Corp. or Richland-Bean Blossom School Corp. as of midnight Monday, but at least two Greene County school systems are on two-hour delays.

BLOOMFIELD SCHOOL DISTRICT

Bloomfield School District in Greene County is on a two-hour delay Tuesday, to according to an email from the school system. There will be no morning preschool and no early release.

EASTERN GREENE SCHOOLS

Eastern Greene Schools planned to have a two-hour delay Tuesday, according to a notice on its Facebook page Monday night, but Tuesday morning officials switched it to an e-learning day.
