Webinar Takes You From Emergency Mode Into Mindful Re-Emergence

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted personal and professional lives in many ways. Lifter Leadership and the Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce are offering a training program to help business owners and MB community members move through the "new normal" successfully.

"From Emergency Mode To Mindful Re-Emergence" is a free 45-minute live interactive webinar that will introduce participants to the Lifter Mindshifts approach. Manhattan Beach residents and owners of Lifter Leadership Eliza Mountcastle Shah and Paresh Shah will help you explore the four Lifter Mindshifts and cultivate specific actionable practices to mindfully re-emerge as a leader and organization and address your personal overwhelm.

The seminar has limited availability and interested parties should register now. The webinar is set for Wednesday, July 22 from 11-11:45 a.m. Lifter Leadership and the MB chamber are also offering a free 3-week development training course that will expand on the 4 Lifter Mindshifts. Space is limited. Program dates for the additional training course are Tuesdays and Thursday from 11 a.m.-12 noon on the following dates: July 28 and 30; August 4 and 6, and August 11 and 13. Participants in the 3-week program will receive a free Lifter Leadership certification.

Lifter Leadership is a global leadership, engagement, mindfulness, and loyalty training
company. Eliza Mountcastle Shah has a Ph.D. from Harvard and a post-doctoral degree from John
Hopkins University and has developed special expertise in organizational behavior, productive
reasoning, cross-cultural and inter-generational communications, and worker engagement.
Paresh Shah holds an MBA from Harvard and has served as a professor of Business, innovation,
and entrepreneurship in several MBA programs.
