Webstaurant to bring 225 jobs and add to Wilson County's Speedway Industrial Park lineup

The Webstaurant Store, an online restaurant supply company, will open a distribution facility at Lebanon’s Speedway Industrial Park, according to the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development.

Webstaurant was founded in 2004 and is based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

  • The new distribution center will bring 225 jobs.

  • The investment is $103.9 million, according to the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development.

  • Webstaurant will move into Speedway Building 12. The space is 981,000 square feet and nearly finished after being expanded from a 615,000-square-feet spec building, said Whitfield Hamilton, a partner with Panattoni Development Company.

  • The Lebanon facility will be the company’s newest plant and largest investment in automation and infrastructure, according to the state. The location will have automated packing machines and work alongside the company’s current distribution operations in Georgia and Kentucky.

  • Speedway Industrial Park is on a portion of the original Nashville Superspeedway property. Panattoni Development Company is developing Speedway Industrial Park, which includes Thermo Fisher Fisher Scientific, FedEx, Ultimate Linings, GEODIS, LaserShip, Amazon and New Balance among tenants with building still ongoing, according to the park's website.
