Week 4 Ohio high school football schedule for Stark County area features the start of league play in the Federal League and PAC-7 — with league newcomer Canton South playing its first-ever PAC-7 game.

State-ranked Massillon and Lake both won at home; the Tigers rolled past Warren Harding and the Blue Streaks beat GlenOak. Lake joined Fairless and Malvern in getting to 4-0.
