"The History of Jazz from 1917 to the Present": 2-3 p.m. today, The Historic Thomas Center, 302 NE Sixth Ave. Guest artist recital features Gary Langford on trumpet, Marti Liquori on drums and Vic Donnell on keyboard. Limited seating. Admission is free.

"Tiny Titans: Dinosaur Eggs and Babies": Interactive exhibit extended to Feb. 20, Florida Museum of Natural History, Hull Road on the UF campus. (floridamuseum.ufl.edu/exhibits/tiny-titans, 846-2000) More than 150 dinosaur eggs, real dinosaur bones, reconstructed nets, hands-on exploration stations and animated video presentations. Petting zoo with five different species of baby dinosaurs. Dinosaur costumes available for visitors to dress up.
