Weekend Edition: Will County Jail Blotter Sept. 8

JOLIET, IL - It was a gloomy week, lots and lots of rain, and lots and lots of new prisoners admitted into the Will County Adult Detention Center. We've profiled many of the new inmates throughout this week. Now, it's the weekend. So it's time for a special edition of the Will County jail blotter.

It's your look at some of the new inmates who have been jailed since Friday, Sept. 7.

JESSE HOLGUIN, 38, Oswego, arrested by Plainfield Police on charges of aggravated battery and resisting the arrest.

NICOLE WINCHELL, 33, 300 block of North Broadway Street, Joliet, arrested by Will County on charges of possessing drug paraphernalia.

TRENT PANFIL, 19, Lockport, arrested by Lockport Police on charges of drunken driving, aggravated drunken driving, driving on a suspended license, not having insurance, operating vehicle with expired registration and disregarding a stop sign.

JOHN OSORIO, 18, Rolling Meadows, arrested by Illinois State Police on charges of speeding 26 to 34 mph above the limit and driving never issued a license.

NICHOLAS FLANC, 31, Lemont, arrested by Will County on charges of unlawful squealing and screeching of his tires, driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI 0.08 and driving with no insurance.
