Beer: Patchwork Mosaic ABV 6% Hazy IPA

What's the deal?

This beer is hopped exclusively with Mosaic hops. The aroma is super bright with notes of peaches and white wine grapes. The flavor is very tropical with Papaya and Passion Fruit. We kept this plenty bitter to balance the sweetness of the malt and the fruitiness of the hops.

Beer: Glimpse Of Light ABV 8% Hazy Double IPA

What's the deal?

Glimpse of Light is a brand new Double IPA, hopped with a jamming trio of El Dorado, Mosaic, and Citra. We get an aroma and taste of bright pineapple, peaches, and melon all creating the ultimate fruit juice cocktail. This beer is well balanced with a moderately dry finish and soft lingering bitterness. The perfect DIPA for a fall evening shared around the campfire with friends.
